  • On completion of the whole recruiting process, OIG will arrange for the deployment of the candidate, taking into consideration all the financial and administrative requirements to get him/her to the final destination, with minimum fuss and interruption to your business and operations.

  • On arrival, all the necessary legal requirements along with accommodating the person will be carried out, ensuring the candidate is prepared and ready to start work.

Manpower / Labor

Sponsorship - OIG will provide the necessary services to legalize most nationality expatriate employees, who are eligible for a residency permit in the USA, Europe, Middle East, or required Country according to our ‘Global Services chart’ on slide 8 of this presentation; thereby enabling the employees to work in the required country as part of the Project workforce without any immigration issues that could affect the performance of your contract/Project.  The administrative support services will include facilitating the application, processing of, obtaining approval of, and securing the issuance of:

 

  • Individual VISA’s

  • Block issue Work VISA’s if required (subject to type and length of Contract)

  • Residence Permits

  • GCC Drivers License

  • Obtain Medical Examinations

  • Civil ID Identification Cards

  • Medical Insurance

  • Defense Base Act Insurance Cover

  • OIG offers a complete menu of Security services including investigations, executive protection, pre-employment background investigation and asset protection including Convoy Protection in hostile environments.  All our Security Officers employed by OIG are law enforcement trained and licensed personnel, and whether your needs is for uniformed, armed, or unarmed security professionals, OIG security will provide this at your request.

  • OIG Provides Secure Escort services, for the executive Client who requires special transportation services.  OIG will provide this service, whether the need is for a Covert LOW PROFILE journey or an OVERT operation, being protected by our experienced and dedicated Certified Close Protection Officers (CPO).

  • When providing an apartment, OIG will always take into consideration your needs, especially when it comes to location.  OIG with the initial guidance from you will situate you as close as possible to your preferred location, so that your journey time is as short and as comfortable as possible for you.

  • OIG’s beautiful apartments located in the area of your choice are deliberately located close to all the local facilities needed to make your stay a success, facilities including, local shopping areas ranging from groceries to clothes, various restaurants serving multi cultural food and leisure and sports facilities such as gym/fitness facilities, along with laundry and dry cleaning services, all provided at a reasonable cost.

  • OIG will compliment any size Apartment furnished or unfurnished up to three bedrooms.

  • Dependant on which Country you require the services, most OIG apartments will include the following features:

    Phone service – land line communication
    Fully functional Gym
    Housekeeping and Maintenance
    24 hour security
    Parking space for each apartment

  • OIG has a large fleet of vehicles available for their customers, and all the requirements requested by you will be provided.  The vehicles will come with Warranty and vehicle insurance for the dedicated driver or drivers.

  • Furthermore, Coaches and Mini buses to suit your requirement can be provided by OIG upon request.
